A basket of warm breads, including our made-from-scratch cornbread, with just the right amount of jalapeño balanced with cheddar.  Our fluffy biscuits will melt in your mouth, especially when you top them with our house-mixed butter, sweetened with orange marmalade.


Crispy Pork Belly Bites

Before these wildly addictive, gluten-free bites reach your table, we braise them for six hours in Stella Artois Cidre. When they're ready, we flash-fry them, toss them in a sweet, yet smoky sauce, and bring them to you.


Voodoo Shrimp

Jumbo shrimp dredged in our proprietary seasoned flour blend, fried to a golden-brown crust and served alongside a cajun pepper sauce selected from Gulfport's hot sauce boutique, Red Hot Tiki.

We build our signature bisque on a mirepoix base, then add Maine lobster, heavy cream, fresh vegetables, and finish it with sherry.
